Above is an old aeriel photograph of The Philips on a postcard. During its earlier years, The Philips boasted of a rooftop garden area that we are bringing back to life in the spring/summer of 2010. At one time there were French doors from the Grand Ball room to the roof. It is our goal to repoen this area to quiet dining and cocktails under the stars. The view is magnificent!
