Celiac Disease & Gluten

 Celiac Disease and Wheat allergies are taken very seriously at The Philips, as are all food sensitivities.  We take great care to guard against cross-contamination and have dedicated cooking utensils, condiments and spices.  We also carefully train our wait staff and kitchen staff on how to properly handle gluten-free meals. 

Just tell your host upon your arrival that you require gluten free food, and we will take care of the rest.  Because we prepare every meal to order, we can also frequently prepare special requests.  All of the items on our menu marked "gf" are gluten free, but always remember to tell your server that you require gluten free so that cross-contamination can be avoided!

With just one day (or even a few hours) advance notice, we can also prepare wonderful, homemade desserts for you!
